A Novice Review of the Paradym Mobile Agent App

I’ll be the first to admit it, I’m no real estate agent, I’m no broker. But I am a technology aficionado. And when my boss offered me the opportunity to test the new features on the Paradym Mobile Agent app, I jumped at it. Any excuse to play with new technology, right? Below are the thoughts of a technology-crazed Paradym blogger on how awesome these new features are. It’s it too late for me to change my careers and be a real estate agent just so I can use this app?!
It’s easy
When testing out the app’s cool new features, the first thing that struck me was how easy the app is to use. I mean, really easy.
I’ve got what you would call a short attention span—it doesn’t take much for me to lose interest in an app. If an app takes more than a couple of clicks for me to figure it out, well, then it’s most likely going off my phone.
But I picked up on the Mobile Agent app right away. It’s almost like the app walks you through how to create your custom video presentation in minutes.
And it’s not like other apps that kick back if you don’t put in all the information they want you to ( I hate that! You think you’re done then, rejected! You forgot a field. Ugh!).
Not so with the Mobile Agent app, although you do have to include some information for the tour to do its job of informing clients, there’s still a lot of lead way on what information you can include or leave out. Is the property listed by another agent and you don’t know the MLS? Not a problem, you can still create a tour. Want to make a testimonial or community tour instead of your average listing video? Leave out the home description and MLS, no big deal.
The app doesn’t restrict you with tour possibilities; it allows you to create your custom video presentation just how you like it. And an as an independent and creative thinker, I love that! Have your tour, your way.
It’s convenient
But don’t let the ease of the app turn you away from its usefulness. The beauty in the Paradym Mobile Agent app is that it’s got something for everyone. Whether you’re just testing the mobile app waters or an app pro, the Mobile Agent app is the real estate marketing app for you. It’s simple enough for those newer to the mobile app field but convenient enough for advance users too.
I was able to create a custom video presentation, complete with voice narration and background music in less than five minutes (two of those minutes were spent trying to corral my hair for the perfect headshot!).
Think of how this could radically change your marketing strategy. Now you don’t have to spend hours at your desk. Create your tour while sitting in the school parking lot before you walk into the game. Quickly create a tour while waiting on your waitress to bring you your meal.
If you weren’t already drawn in by ease of the Mobile Agent app, you’re going to want to try it now. I mean, what real estate agent can’t use a mobile app that makes marketing a breeze?
To summarize my thoughts, the Paradym Mobile Agent app was easy to use, super convenient and surprisingly, fun (Who would think a real estate marketing app would be fun?! But I had a blast picking out my background music and recording my own voice narration!)
