Offering a Zoom meeting gives you the ability to hold live presentations to meet your existing or potential clients virtually. Combining Paradym and Zoom allows you to promote yourself as a “virtual agent” and share your Zoom Meeting information to facilitate the meeting.

Zoom is a 3rd party video conferencing tool that allows you to hold live virtual meetings with others. Meetings can be held on both your desktop and mobile device. For most listing presentations and meeting scenarios, we highly recommend using your desktop to hold meetings.

There are both free and paid versions of Zoom. The free version currently offers everything you need to hold effective virtual meetings.

Using Zoom’s screen sharing capability you can easily provide a personal walkthrough of the home using your Virtual Tour. 

If you send a buyer your Zoom Meeting URL from your mobile device, you can start the meeting from your computer instead of clicking the link on the mobile device. Since you are using your Personal ID to schedule meetings, you can easily start the meeting on your desktop. [TIP:] We recommend holding meetings via your desktop when possible.

Yes, if you are a Mac user you can launch a meeting from the link in the iMessage app on your desktop.
